There is a saying: “Even if one is poor, one should not be deprived of education.” Education is essential for children's growth and can inspire them to become better individuals. Good education can even change a child's life and the destiny of their family.

Unfortunately, many underprivileged children lack access to education. To address this, the Than Hsiang Mitra Welfare Centre launched the “Students Financial Aid” program, aimed at helping the less fortunate children to continue their studies to gain knowledge. Children from B40 families, single-parent families, children from handicapped and disable families , and lower-income families may apply for this financial aid.
