A class specially designed for individual aged 60 and above

If you:

• No longer want to be bothered by neck and shoulder pain, rounded shoulders, chest tightness, insomnia, or breathing difficulties?
• Wish to enhance your sleep quality and boost your energy?

Then, come and join our Senior Therapeutic Yoga Class!

Commencing date: November 2, 2023, every Thursday (Rest on the fifth Thursday of the month)
Time: 7:30 am - 8:30 am
Location: 12, Jalan Seputeh off Jalan Kelang Lama, 58000 K.L.

Fees:

• Seniors aged 60 and above : RM 80 per month
• Than Hsiang Volunteers below 60 y/o: RM 120 per month
• Public below 60 y/o : RM 165 per month
